Spinal Molding is a great way to maintain your spinal alignment - in between adjustments and helps prevent decay in your spine!
How to :
- Get two 6 inch long swim noodles
- warm - up your spine
- Lay on the noodles - 30 minutes/day (1 - under your lower back perpendicular to your spine & 1 - under your neck)
If your dog is using your noodles more than you are - that is a problem :)
